Origins

Employ Staff was created to provide a quality driven approach to the recruitment market. The founders saw a gap in the sector for transparent procedures when dealing with candidates and clients, for far too long parts of the recruitment market had a reputation for not acting ethically in their dealings with clients. They wanted a company that looked at putting long term relationships and a high level of repeat business at its core, this coupled with excellent service levels has led to continued growth over the last nine years. The firm is motivated by continuous improvement and have recently been awarded Investors in People Bronze and is currently undertaking ISO9001 accreditation to maintain quality management standards.

Success Factor

The company has grown because it has listened to customers’ needs and exceeding their expectations, developing a flexible approach to building relationships based on ethical core values and valuing the input of all stakeholders and building delivery on their feedback.

The Future

Employ Staff has exciting plans for the next five years that will lead to continued growth. It is looking to at least triple its headcount from 14 to 42 members of staff, as well as having four new locations in the UK. It anticipates a number of opportunities to gain contracts providing consultancy services to the largest infrastructure projects throughout the UK, this coupled with existing contracts will lead to a bright future for Employ Staff.
