The main issues faced in starting up the company were liquidity (maintaining cash flow), developing customer base and managing growth.

The three main success factors have been demonstrating to the client base that the business is committed to health and safety on all projects and construction sites; responding to the needs of clients at highly competitive rates, and developing coherent systems to enable control of all aspects of the business i.e.; quality, planning, accounts, health & Safety, training and the environment.

The Future
