Now located in seven South East Wales locations, its prominent offices are staffed by some of the area’s most experienced estate agents, benefiting from over 100 years combined experience in the local property market. Roberts & Co. pride itself on personal commitment and enthusiastic professional approach to selling property.

Origins

The business was started at a time when several major estate agents disbanded, leaving the market wide open. Having previously been part of Wales’ largest estate agent, several of the founders started Roberts and Co and quickly made inroads into the Gwent market. The main challenge was to employ the best staff and find the prime sites to pen and expand the business, both of which were rapidly accomplished.

The main reasons behind the success of the business are the directors’ knowledge and experience, the high profile of the company’s boards and advertising, and the quality of the staff employed.

The future?

The business currently has six offices in Gwent - Newport, Cwmbran, Caerleon, Magor, Blackwood and Pontypool – and intends to grow further in this region, as well as expanding into the Cardiff area.
