The original company was established thirty ago, although when Mark Williams took over he diversified the firm’s services. After building a known reputation and client base within the commercial painting sector, this change in direction meant that the company had to market and impress clients from the other areas of construction and again build a reputable image and service.

Success Factor

The main success factors have been the absence of an overdraft and reinvestment of monies gained back into the businesses, diversification from its original core business into new areas of activity, and the recruitment and retention of quality staff

The Future

The main aim of R&M Williams in the near future is to consolidate markets already developed.
